The Kingdom of God!
Chapter 99
Hebrews 4:12, says,
"For the word of God is quick, and
powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing
asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a
discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
The Bible is the greatest book ever
written and yet it is powerless unless the person who reads it and believes
it's message and allows it to renew their way of thinking and lives by its
principles. Every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God is filled with
power. However, that power only works if you receive it and declare what it is
saying. It's then when that power is released that the power starts working!
Paul said in Romans 10:8-10,
"But what does the word say? The word is
nigh thee, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of
faith, which we preach; That if you will confess with your
mouth the Lord Jesus and will believe in your heart that God has raised him
from the dead, you shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto
righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
All of Hell cannot stop that from
happening! That is how powerful the word of God is when it is spoken forth from
the mouth of a believer! Paul talked about the power that has been given to the
believer in Eph. 1:18-21, (NIV)
"I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you
may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious
inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the
same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and
seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms," to come."
This
power that He has given to us is measured by the power that it took God to
raise Jesus from the dead. All the power that the devil and Hell had could not
prevent this from happening! This same power is given to us, the believers, but
in order for it to work for us, we must not only
believe that it will, but we must declare it to come to pass even as we have
spoken.
Jesus
said in Mark 11:23-24,
"Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw
yourself into the sea, and does
not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will
be done for them. Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer,
believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."
When we speak the word of God, it becomes
active and all of Hell cannot stop it from coming to pass. Most prayers are
asking God to do something for us. Jesus, however told us to declare what we
wanted to come to pass in faith that what we declare will happen!
You need to read Mark 11:23-24 over and
over until it becomes a reality to you. John said in 1 John 5:14-15,
"And this is the confidence that we
have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth
us: And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we
know that we have the petitions that we desired of him."
We don't have to question what we ask Him
for if we ask for it according to His word which is as powerful as a double edged sword."
There are things that we ask our Father for and there are things that we must declare with
our mouth. When we declare what the word of God says,
that world we declare goes to work for us to bring it to pass. In the meantime,
we walk by faith full well knowing that it will come to pass!
Paul said in Eph. 1:9-10, (NIV)
"He made known to us
the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in
Christ, to be put into effect when
the times reach their fulfillment"to
bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.
In
Gods plan for this earth and His people, there are
set times when events take place that set the stage for His will to be
accomplished. We are living in such a time as this and what a privilege it is
to be selected to be on this earth at this time in history.
God is allowing Satan and all his host to
reveal themselves and come out from hiding so all may see their works. I want
you to be assured that Jesus is on the scene and the plans and desires of the
evil ones are beginning to unravel and very soon you will see the hand of God
move and all will know that He is the most high God
when His power is released to for everyone to see.
This is not the end of the world the Bible
talks about but it is a time when the Holy Spirit of
God is going to be poured out upon all flesh. Joel 2:1-11, (NIV)
"Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy hill. Let all who
live in the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming. It is close at
hand;a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness. Like dawn
spreading across the mountains a large and mighty army comes, such as never was
in ancient times nor ever will be in ages to come."
Before them fire devours, behind them a flame blazes.
Before them the land is like the garden of Eden, behind them, a desert waste,
nothing escapes them. They have the appearance of horses; they gallop along
like cavalry. With a noise like that of chariots they leap over the
mountaintops, like a crackling fire consuming stubble, like a mighty army drawn
up for battle.
At the sight of them, nations are in anguish; every
face turns pale. They charge like warriors; they scale walls like soldiers.
They all march in line, not swerving from their course. They do not jostle each
other; each marches straight ahead. They plunge
through defenses without breaking ranks. They rush upon the city; they run
along the wall. They climb into the houses; like thieves they enter through the
windows. Before them the earth shakes, the heavens tremble, the sun and moon are darkened, and the stars no longer shine.
The LORD thunders at the head of his army; his forces
are beyond number, and mighty
is the army that obeys his command. The day of the LORD is great; it is
dreadful. Who can endure it?
This is a prophecy given to Joel and only
the Holy Spirit can reveal the true meaning of it! This army that the Lord is
talking about is the remnant of the Body of Christ who are standing up today
and not running from the enemy. Like David, they are running toward the enemy
declaring the word of God by faith!
Satan and his evil doers cannot withstand
this army of believers who are filled with the Spirit of God and are trained in
spiritual warfare! They are not crying out for God to do something but instead
are being led by His Spirit and declaring what the Spirit gives them to say!
They are fulfilling what Joel 2 says.
We sing a song in Church which says,
Blow the trumpet in Zion, Zion. Sound the
alarm on My Holy Mountain. Blow the trumpet in Zion, Zion, sound the alarm!
They rush on the city, they run on the
walls, great is the army that carries out His word. (2x)
The Lord utters His voice before His army.

Peter said in 1 Pet. 4:17,
"For the time is come that judgment
must begin at the house of God!"
Jesus was very rough with the religious
people of His day. In Matt. 15:7-9 (NIV) He said to them,
"You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied
about you: These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are
far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules."
Judgment
is coming on those religious pastors and teacher who teach their own doctrine
and not what the Bible says. The Lord is fed up with them and He is going to
remove them and set His people free so they can worship Him in Spirit and in
Truth.
